What this covers

This notice covers the pre-launch site at consora.ai: this page, the waitlist, and nothing else. When the Consora app launches, the full privacy policy for the product will be published and will supersede this notice. Questions at any point: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Waitlist email. The "Join the waitlist" buttons open a Google Form. The email address you submit there is used for exactly one thing: sending your invite when it is ready. Google processes the form under its own terms.
  • Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we load PostHog (and, where enabled, Google Analytics) to understand how the page is used in aggregate. Nothing loads before you opt in, and when no prior consent is on record we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a "no". Details in the Cookie Notice.
  • Server logs. Our servers keep short-lived logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or share data for advertising. We do not train AI models on anything you submit here.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with "Manage cookies" in the footer. To access or delete your data, including removing your email from the waitlist, write to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, though we ask that you contact us first so we can help.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until your invite is sent or you ask us to remove you. Analytics data follows the retention configured with the provider. Server logs rotate on a short window appropriate to security needs.

Children

This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
